By using the Jaiora website, communities and services you agree to these terms. How data is handled is described in the privacy policy. Jaiora is a community of members, not an organisation or a legal entity: everything in it is done by the members themselves. Egor Urvanov helps with questions — see “Contact”.
Jaiora is built on trust and real people. Members uphold respect, honesty and helping each other, and treat others the way they want to be treated. Spam, deception, abuse and unlawful content may be removed and participation may be restricted.
Members help each other find the right people and meet in person, and work to keep the community friendly and safe. However, no one vets members or is responsible for their words, actions or arrangements between them: introductions, meetups and joint projects are at your own discretion and risk.
Community meetups are public, informal gatherings: participants agree among themselves on the place, time and format and are responsible for their own participation. Meet in public places, do not hand money or documents to people you barely know, and report problems to Egor Urvanov — he will help sort them out.
You are responsible for what you post — messages, photos, videos and meetup recordings. Do not post other people’s personal data or recordings of them without their consent.
Some answers and suggestions in Jaiora services are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate. Check anything important yourself: decisions based on them are your own responsibility.
Jaiora communities and services run on platforms and with third-party providers that operate under their own rules and are responsible for their own work.
The Jaiora website, communities and services are maintained by members free of charge and “as is”: they may change or stop, and there is no liability for interruptions, loss of data or indirect damage, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
These terms may be updated; the date is shown at the top of the page.
